Lost sound after few minutes of viewing. But when put off, and put on few minutes later, the sound comes on but the sound is lost again after few minutes. Every other things work perfectly except the loss of sound after few minutes of watching

Hi @towals,

What is the model number of the TV?

Has the TV got a headphones socket that you can plug a set of headphones into?

if so try using them and check if the audio stays on.

What is the signal source for the TV, an antenna or a "box" of some description e.g. cable box, media streaming device etc?

Can you try connecting another signal source e.g. dvd player and check if the audio stays on?

Have you tried different input type e.g. HDMI, Component video + audio, Composite video + audio or different cables to see if the problem is associated with an input type?
