Samsung TV - burned power supply board

My Samsung TV (model #: un55j6201afxza) just has a black screen when I turn it on, no sound either. When I turn it off I see a red light blink 5-6 times by the power button. I took the back panel off and noticed a burned section on the power supply board. Can I assume this is the cause of my problems? If so, would replacing the whole board fix things or are there other things to consider? Thank you.
