Viper Sky Mini drone not taking off.

My drone the sky viper mini won’t take off. I just changed the propellers and now they only spin but the drone doesn’t actually leave the ground. I have it on the charger to see if it needs to be charged but idk what’s going wrong.

do they seem to spin at the same rate? Did they match the old ones? Make sure they're pitched for the correct rotation direction. Might be pushing it down.
