Broken component on dock connector.

I recently replaced the glass digitizer on my iPod touch 1st generation and when I try to put it back together, the iPod turned on but displayed the Connect to iTunes screen and had no backlight. I plugged it in to my computer and tried to restore but it would disconnect and connect for like 3 times on the computer until it failed restoring in iTunes. I opened it back up and to search for broken component. And unfortunately i found one. Here it is..

Now my question is, where to and how to figure out how to find this?? All the help will be great. Thanks!!

i would be interested in this as well, i imagine it will take a little bit of googling to find some good info. but heres a start, i think that those resistors (am i correct to assume they are resistors?) are probably in series with the pins on the back side of the board, if so this might be useful... http://pinouts.ru/PortableDevices/ipod_p... . however i can't figure out what way i should be looking at the iPod dock connector (in the top left corner of the page it says "white side up"... whatever that means)
