hdmi port is not working

I have been reading about this issue and it seems to range from settings to hardware failure and the HDMI cord itself.

1st question, have you ever taken apart this wiiu

2, have you tryed just cleaning out the port or just pluging it in and out till its clean

3, have you tryed a differnt tv it dosent work on some tvs

4, have you checked the cable
