Rakesh Singh which light blinks? You computer is a Toshiba Satellite L755? What have you checked? On a laptop you always want to start troubleshooting by connecting an external monitor. See if that shows anything. If it does not you already know that this is an issue other than the display. Could be as simple as the HDD having failed. See if @aactech has more ideas.

If you shine a flashlight against the middle of the screen when you power it on, can you see anything? Can you try hooking it up to an external monitor? Do any lights on the laptop seem to be blinking in a pattern?

This could potentially be caused by a few things, like a bad display cable, bad screen, or something else in the laptop preventing it from completing its POST (power-on self-test), but we can’t really say what the culprit is yet.

I would recommend checking the screen with a flashlight as mentioned above. I would also recommend powering the laptop on and listening for any noise such as a fan, hard drive spinning, or error code beeps.
