Got water into the Xbox

I did and I turned my Xbox back on

It started smoking. I’m not sure what to do or if I’m screwed.

I placed water next to it and accidentally knocked it over. It happened yesterday. I let it dry for a few minutes, and decided it might be fine turned it on. It made like kinda a spark sound and started smoking.
