Xbox controller port not working unless and until I pull it down

need help to fixit probably the port has gone. can someone tell me how to replace the port

original xbox controller and the upper usb port is gone, i play wired and the controller wont turn on unless i pull the wire down and bend the port

Hello, you need to resolder the port, if you used a soldering iron before then this is an easy task.
