I was curious as I haven't come across a refrigerator with an internal water tank before. Mostly refrigerators with a water dispensing feature are connected to the household water supply and the water pressure causes the water to flow when the water solenoid valve in the refrigerator is operated by pressing the dispensing lever.

I was hoping to find the user manual to see how it worked but looking at the manufacturer’s website your model is not listed.

Since it is brand new, you may have to contact the manufacturer’s customer service section as shown in the user manual which hopefully came with the refrigerator and ask them how it works. If you have done everything as shown in the manual, then you may have to arrange a manufacturer’s warranty service call to check what the problem is.

Thank you - the instruction manual is obviously written by a person who does not really speak English. Never mind, I will visit the sellers...
