Hi @nicoley

Please navigate to Settings > General > Accessibility > Switch Control and turn the setting on or off.

Switch Control can also be deactivated from iTunes:

  1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any computer with iTunes installed.
  2. In iTunes, select your device.
  3. From the Summary pane, click Configure Accessibility in the Options section at the bottom.
  4. Select the feature that you want to use and click OK.

can you download iTunes on a non apple pc

@nicoley You can run iTunes on any Mac or Windows 10 PC. Simply Google for "iTunes" and Apple's download page should be the first result.

If you have no response on the screen and you home button is not working, plug it into the a computer with your Itunes account on it. Then just restore to a backup from before you flipped the settings. That should fix your issue.
