Phone stuck at 0% charge

When I plug my phone in it turns on but stays at 0% charge. I did some research and from what I’ve heard it’s missing a MOSFET. However, sometimes it still charges normally so I was thinking there might just be a problem with the connections. If so, does anyone know how I could go about this seeing as I’m not that experienced with soldering etc.

If your phone only charges sometimes it would point to the battery, charging cable or the dock flex assembly. If one of the mosfets where missing your phone would most likely reboot all the time. None of the above parts require soldering.

Thank you. It does restart all the time apart from a few rare occasions in the past months since it first broke
