My case is cracked from a drop which is causing a problem in turning p

Cracked case from drop causes problem turning pages. Can the case be replaced.

Most probably it can but getting a new replacement case as opposed to a used one might be the problem.

Here’s the Ifixit Kindle 3 Teardown guide which should help you to disassemble to the tablet.

Searching online found this supplier for the back case (used)

Alternatively here’s a link that shows various faulty Kindle 3 for sale which may be used as a “donor” parts tablet, if the condition and price suits of course. You could even use it to practice on i.e. disassembly etc before touching yours. Something to consider perhaps.

If you decide to pursue this option just ensure that the “faulty tablet” is the correct model so that it matches your model. Confirm with the seller before purchase.
