Loud hum when connected to a guitar amp
When I insert the ART Tube MP StudioV3 preamp into my guitar’s signal path there is a loud hum and the audio signal is weak. I’ve tried different configurations but haven’t been able to get a satisfactory sound. Could it be the tube?

Is it working well previously?
Open up and check on the circuits.
Check for any possible dry solders and capacitors.
It seems the capacitor is a little close to the tubes, which may affect due to heat.
