How do you reassemble the Dvd Drive?

I took apart my xbox 360 because of open tray and when you open up the dvd drive you can see the game disc, laser etc. But the cover that you take off to view these items has a circular object in the middle is placed over the circle part of the game disc when the dvd drive is closed. When I popped it out my xbox360 started working again but I can only play with it open. Now I want to sell it and cant pop it back in. Anyone know how to? Or where I can sell an open xbox360? lol

The panel on the right hand side facing vertical in the middle is the circle piece and I took out the light gray circle piece

If you get it back in more than likely the drive will go back to not reading disks. The entire top of the drive should be replaced in hopes of getting the drive to work when it is sealed properly.
