error 4013 after some repair

Hello, i just swap a motherboard on a iphone 7 every thing was working great but then i had to disconnect the battery , when i connected it back i smelled a something burnt but nothing i can see now, then the iphone didnt start when pushing the power button, but when connected to AC it bootloop apple logo and get an error 4013 on itunes,

Based on those informations , would you suggest it to be the baseband PMU  or something else? thanks guys

It will more than likely be the charging circuit or NAND. You will need a multimeter to find what component has failed. It will not be the PMIC or the baseband CPU.
