2-Prong Pin loose, causing intermittent connections

One of the prongs for my charger is loose and it’s causing the charging connection the cut in and out. The cable is in great condition and my port has nothing stuck in it, so I know it’s likely not those.

I have attached a video showing the loose prong. It requires me to plug in A/C cable very carefully, as fully inserting it disconnects the power. The issue occurs whether I use the duckhead adapter, Apple extension cord, or any 2-prong power cord

is this easily fixable? I would hate to just throw this away

Answer this question I have this problem too

Sadly, there is a point when its just smarter to replace the charger, this is one of the cases. ;-{

You could try getting some glue where the pin fits in. I’ve had mixed success.

Make sure you get a REAL Apple unit as many of the Amazon or eBay units are knockoffs which can damage your system!
