My tv turns very dim
My tv screen turns very dull / grey ..ive tried changing settings also unplugged it several times

Hello,
Your tv might be dimming automatically, you also might have problems if you are looking at it at and angle, the final possibility I can think of is a setting called dynamic contrast.
