Console won't turn on after update

Hi there,

My Partner's switch had the new update and it didn't not turn back on after restarting. We have tried doing the hard reset methods and have left it on charge for an hour to see if it would come on but nothing has worked. I have reseated the battery and that has done nothing either. Is there anything else I could possibly try?
