How to replace speaker
There are no guides online of how to replace a blown speaker… any advice? It seems like it’s glued down really strongly.

Yes, its glued in. You’ll need to use a heat gun (hair dryer) to warm up the case to soften the glues grip. Make sure you cover the plastic keyboard keys so they don’t melt with a few layers of aluminum foil. Slowly lift the speaker out.
