Samsung icemaker not dumping ice

Samsung Ice maker model rs26ddapn is making ice, but is not dumping the ice in the bucket, I can see the ice as the tray in flipping but it remains stuck. The only thing I notice is that the water might be over the limit in the ice tray . Any recomendations?
