Cartridge not still not compatible - after I did everything they said

I bought a Samsung Xpress M2070 in Belarus. I bought toner cartridges through Amazon (delivered to US address) and used them in Belarus with my printer no problem. I bought a cartridge in Belarus, CS-D111S, but the printer said “Cartridge not compatible”. I thought maybe I bought the wrong one, so then I bought a ML-D111S but still the printer keeps telling me “Cartridge not compatible.” I tried everything: cleaned connections, switched on/off, plugged/unplugged, removed/reinserted, wiped the printer’s memory…. The crazy thing is that it will print when I request a self-report through the tech menu, but when I try to print a document, nope, sorry, cartridge not compatible.
