Are all of Phillips TV screen ribbon cables the same? Is the 32” ribbon cable the same as the 40” ribbon cables?
I have a broken screen on a 28” Phillips roku tv and Im wondering if I salvage a larger phillips roku tv if the larger screen size will have a different ribbon cable connector.

Length should not be a problem. You must count contacts to see if they are the same.
