No Keyboard, no trackpad, system very slow. even with new trackpad.

The power button works fine. But then the rest of keyboard and trackpad doesn’t work.

I already reset PRAM, run the diagnostic got this error:

4SNS/1/C0000008: TsOP -- 124

I bought a new trackpad but the result is the same. The Mac keeps very slow.

I don’t mind about the keyboard/trackpad I use a USB and mouse but is painfully slow.

I’m running out of ideas.

Thanks

Have you spilt liquid on it or it’s died, the temperature sensor causing the fans to spin up and thermally throttle. Sounds like liquid damage due to keyboard and trackpad not working. Try disconnecting the camera aswell.

I have to try that (camera). I don't think i have a liquid damage problem.

The error you are seeing is likely the palm rest sensor. In this series the sensor and the trackpad logic are within the Trackpad cable! You’ll need to replace it as well.

Hi! The new trackpad that i bought had a new Flex Cable. Unless i was very unlucky and was also broken. I will try to order just the cable. Thanks

@jamexcb - Also check your logic board as a sensor on it could be also the issue.
