Searching for right-hand display hinge.

Hi:

I am searching for a source that will sell me a right-hand (WiFi) display hinge. Finding the left-hand (display) is easy, but both my hinges are broken. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Thanks! I live in the US, and so a UK source isn't ideal, but is much closer (and The Bookyard is probably more reliable a seller) than an eBay dealer in China.

@dschind - I find them better than what I have dealt with in China. See what you can find leveraging the P/N info.

Yes. The P/N info alone is very helpful. Appreciate it!

BTW? I got myself the part but ended up not using it. Why? To install it, I would have to destroy the display one of its cables has to plug attach to. LOL.

As you had asked for the hinge alone I figured you had reviewed what it would take to replace,

Your only other solution is replacing the complete display assembly. Now the fun begins! Try finding one, Retina MacBook Pro 13" Complete Display (12/E13), Apple P/N 661-7014 They are a rare find these days, and the quality can be poor (suffering Staingate).

Review this MacBook Pro Retina Display Teardown to get an idea what's involved. If the hinge and/or the cables running through it has failed I would take the gamble fixing it Vs replacing.
