Windows has suddenly started freezing and restarting. is it the eMMC?

So today windows 10 had started disconnecting from the internet, then freezing and rebooting (no bsod) could it be a problem with the systems eMMC drive? (I have tried reinstalling windows multiple times and it has not fixed the problem)

  • Does the problem onlty occur if you try to connect to the Internet? If so, the problem could be your Wi-fF card. At 2:33 on the video below the Wi-Fi card is slotted in at the top near the yellow CMOS battery. Just disconnect it and then connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the laptop and the p[ort on your modem/router? Internet work now without a crash? Yes? Then the Wi-Fi card is defective or its driver is incorrect or corrupted. Generally most problems are software related or the BIOS needs updating. Sometimes Windows uipdates can cause problems.
