Ringing while trying to set up phone

I am trying to set up my Stylo 5 phone, but it sounds like it is calling someone why is that.

When I first turned my LG Stylo 5 I also heard it making the sound as if someone had dialed a phone number and I could hear it ringing. It did this every so often for over 2-3 months. The only way to get it to stop was powering it off and then back on.

what exactly are you trying to set up?

if you are trying to adjust the volume, ringtones or alarm clock, the phone will make sounds so that you can understand what volume you need
