Are you able to get into the BIOS/UEFI screen? You don't state what model your desktop/mainboard is so I can't tell you which key to press. Often <Esc> or<Del> (ignore angle brackets).

by

Oh yes i can

Next what should i do?

Is the BIOS the latest version? Go to the web site of motherboard manufacturer and see what the latest version is.

It would help if you state which model your desktop computer if a branded or the motherboard model if a component system - you or some one else built it from scratch.

BIOS's usually have a default setup selection but I need details above to help you.

If you can boot into the BIOS/UEFI screen then it sounds like a driver issue - especially for graphics, but could be other.

Try booting in Safe Mode:

Does it work? If yes then fairly certain it is a driver problem. Go into the Control Panel and remove the Video/Graphics card driver and reboot. Download the latest drive for your GPU and install it.

Nothing whatsoever even in BIOS screen?

by

It seems like the problem is either my motherboard or my processor.

Thanks for replying though.

Does anything happen? Fans, lights, power supply, hard drive, RAM, etc. What about the video card?

Very rarely does the CPU or motherboard fail. We need more details about your computer in order to help. What make, model, etc. Take the side panel off and look inside. Are any fans spinning?

by

Yes all of the fans are spinning.

I watched a video on how to troubleshoot my pc.i only connected the important parts of the pc and i found that it is either the motherboard or processor. As i don't have another motherboard i can't tell what is the real problem

You may try entering Safe Mode to fix this problem. Or do a system repair with command bootrec.exe in cmd after entering Safe Mode or booting with a Windows installation CD.
