Why is my MRTV2020 remote keep flashing a red light?

Hi

My MRTV remote keeps flashing a red light and is not working. How can I fix that? I tried the” pressing and hold” of keys but still nothing is happening. Even the removing of batteries.

What is the make and model number of the TV as searching for MRTV or MRTV2020 gives no results?
