Operon D830 - No Drive Function

I have an Operon B830 with no drive function. Upon pressing the drive function both the service light flashes (intermittent) and the limit switch light flashes. Anyone familiar with or seen this issue before? Every other function seems to work.

Options

The first think I would check is a limit switch on the drive function. You can test with a multimeter to make sure the switch is still good.
