Fingerprint and face scanner are disabled

My phone has fingerprint and face scanner to unlock my screen. However, there are times (3-4 times a week) that this features were disabled, and it requires to type my phone password. This is hussle. This is also apply to my other oppo phone. Before, it does not happen. But I think because of some system updates, this problem arise.

What should I do to my phone?

I know I'm too late for the answer but it is a feature in OPPO phones to make sure you don't forget the password and it will require you to use your password every 72 hours after you use your password last.
