The machine goes thru wash and rinse and then goes back to wash...
Whirlpool washer is brand new and goes from wash to rinse and then back to wash. It will not go thru the entire cycle. Please help.

What is the model number of the washer?
Does it do this for all wash cycle types i.e. Normal, Delicates, Perm Press etc?
