What problem does the screen on my UE55NU8000T indicate?

I have read about a faulty Tcon board, LCD and ribbon cables, but not sure which fits.

In the Service Menu, the CPU test fails but everything else passes.

Is this fixable without changing the LCD or sending it to Samsung (No Warranty).
