Can I use an RCA universal remote with an Access HD Converter box?

Can I use an RCA universal remote with an Access HD Converter box? I have this annoying “initial setup Menu” pop up that I cannot get rid of, but I have an RCA remote. But I can’t find any codes for it in the list OR the website. Any help?
