How do I reset to Factory default? unknown Password. cant get past it.

The 7” Quad-core Tablet created by Bidwell Technologies. This tablet has a Cortex A9 Quad-core processor and a crisp 1024 x 600 display.

Old Nobis NB07 tablet. password window , and Time and date on screen only.

I don’t know the password, or number of digits required. I would like to reset to Factory default to start over.
