Samsung Plasma TV Has no power and no red light

I have a Samsung plasma TV model pn51f4500af. It randomly had no power one morning after it was working just fine the night before. No red standby light or anything. After reading through other guides, I have assumed it was a bad power supply or a bad fuse, So I just went all out and bought a new power supply. After taking the back off, and removing the old power supply, and reattaching the new one, I am still not getting any power to the TV and no standby light still. I had purchased another power cord to rule that out also. Any ideas?

service manual will be a waste. problem is main board - something on that board (most likely eeprom) is loading down 3.3V line. without 3.3V main board will not turn on set. You can force the set on thou - jumper pins 3-4 on main board. jumper PS_ON to ground - plug tv in and set should display test pattern. BAD MAIN BOARD

Don’t know the answer but it may be worthwhile to buy the service manual as it should help and save a lot of time
