Hi, my beats solo will show as charging but when I unplug it turns off

New battery fitted, solo2 shows charging when plugged in. However when I disconnect from power source it turns off and won't turn back on. Any ideas?

Now it is a 3rd party battery, original fault was with original battery, same fault remains.
