New ifixit battery only has 50% of the charge capacity.

I purchased a new battery for my Late 2013 MacBook but did not have the time to install it until 18 months after I had ordered it. It seems that although I just installed it, the warranty sadly only applied for 12 months after my purchase.

After installing it, I did the calibration cycle twice. I even reset the NVRAM/PRAM and the SMC. I then did the calibration cycle two more times. Despite all of this, according to Coconut Battery, I can still only get the battery charged to about 55% of its potential. Is there anything I can do?
