2018 LG as well that does not stay cool in the fridge and it thaws and

We have a 2018 LG as well that does not stay cool in the fridge and it thaws and refreezes in the freezer. We tried the coin on ice and it at some point defrosted and refroze. I am not trusting it as we are losing a ton of food. Uggh
