Repaired Screen, Now Black, Backlight Visible

Just replaced the screen on a Nintendo Switch Lite. Everything fits together properly, but now when I try to turn it on the screen glows black then cuts out. If I hold the power button, the backlight flashes, it turns off, then cue issue again. All the connections are solid, and it’s a new screen. I don’t remember where I got it, but I hope it’s not defective.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

UPDATE: Turned on the volume, and the whole thing is working fine. It's actually registering touch and everything, but the actual screen just isn't showing anything at all.

Hello, the issue is probably due to bad connection of the data line for the screen data, so check that all the ribbon cable are well connected.

Hope that helped !
