How to repair the rubber housing on the display/lid

Is there a way to replace this rubber housing thats part of the display? Do I need a new display or is there any articles on how to buy a replacement part for this and do the repair? Thanks,

Not sure where to get the rubber seal but here is a video on how to replace it
