Hi @jerrystunes ,

What is the model number of the keyboard?

Does it play through the headphones as well as the speakers or only the speakers when the headphones are plugged in?

Appears as though it maybe a faulty headphones socket in the keyboard.

There are two ways that the socket can be wired depending on what type is used. Either there is an internal set of changeover contacts in the headphones socket which are operated when the headphones are plugged in, that disconnect the audio output from the speakers and connect it onto the headphones or there is a contact in the socket also operated by plugging in the headphones that signals the CPU control in the keyboard to switch the audio output away from the speakers and onto the headphones.

Either way check the socket first.
