My Sony Bravia XBR-75X850E started showing big horizontal lines on the entire screen.It's less than 2 years old and pretty expensive one over $2000

Please let me know what I can do if can fix it.

Hi,

Try a forced factory data reset and check if that resolves the problem.

Looking at the user manual for your model I think that it has 3 buttons on the back, Power and Vol+ and Vol-.

If this is correct, scroll down and click on Type B your model has 3 buttons to view the procedure.

Take note of the warning message at the top of the page about performing a forced factory data reset.
