What can I use to repair the circuit traces on controller input board?

The circuit traces on at least 2 of my controllers are worn and faded where the traces mate with the mother board. Is their any chemical paste-like substance I could use to “trace” over the traces to bring back their integrity? Anything I add to between the traces to ensure/increase resistance? TIA

You did not include a photo, so I can’t say for sure, but it may be possible to solder jumper wires between the components at either end of the damaged traces. Take a closer look.
