Keyboard logic board bracket replacement

Hello can anyone tell me if i can replace the bracket that made pressure to the keyboard flex? yesterday trying to align the flex the bracket was broken. here is a photo.

Here’s the needed connector part Keyboard Connector (30-pin). Carefully pop off the compression bar and insert it back in on yours. As long as the base is not damaged that should do it!

If not then you’ll need to remove the old connector and replace it fully. This is not a DIY job, you’ll need to find someone with the proper tools and skills to put on the new connector.

@itscrocs15 your picture is a bit dark and hard to see. If the flap is broken and cannot be reinserted you will have to replace the connector. That will require some good skills and tools and I would consider sending it out for repair.
