It says “Microsoft Defender” Its really annoying bc it wont stop saying “security virus alert” in a Text to speech voice and when ever I try to close it it keeps popping up, it says to call a number but im not sure if I should, it says a website I was on got my IP- yet I was only using roblox and discord.. What do I do..?

If Win 10 is installed in the laptop, try running Windows Defender in safe mode and check what it shows. It may be malware or a virus that is causing the pop up to occur
Go to Windows Start > Settings > Update and Security >Windows Security > click on Open Windows Security > Scan options > Microsoft Defender offline > scan now

Never, never, ever, ever call a number in this situation!!!!!
That totally indicates it is a scammer trying to trick you.
Do a complete virus scan with one of the freeware tools like AVG, Avast, Avira, etc. Also look at any recently installed programs that you know you didn't install them and uninstall them. If you need more help just ask us at IFIXIT.
But please don't phone any number. They will just want your credit card info, etc.
