Part number of replacement lcd & digitizer assembly

I purchased a replacement LCD/digitizer assembly for my iPad Pro 10.5”. The part or model number for my original LCD assembly is 3671-4.

The part/model number stamped on the replacement assembly is GT3D-4. The seller is certain that it’s compatible with the iPad Pro 10.5 but I’m skeptical. Should I return the replacement part and look elsewhere?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

install it and check. Do not tear off the foil, do not remove other protections. Just connect and check if it works.

I’m wondering if they sold you an air display. I remember I came across a post here on ifixit where someone was wondering if they could swap an air screen with the 10.5'“ pro for their repair as that’s what their supplier told them but I found that although they’re pretty close in design, they just weren’t compatible. They may even have the same connectors, and if they do, the lines don’t match up so you could send power down a fragile data line and cause more damage. Where did you order from?
