It’s part of the SIP module. I haven’t found any source for the custom cable. One of the driving forces for me to get out of repairing the watch.

Would be very helpful if Apple would decide to care about their customers and sell parts for their products.
Customer pays over $ 750.00 on a Stainless case Apple watch 4, and when it breaks we can’t find the parts to fix it.
I will keep searching for it.
