iPhone turns off when shaking

I have an iPhone x that started to shut down, but only when it is shaken. What can it be? I took him to a phone repair service and they told me that is not repairable.

By shaking do you mean you physically shaking the device, or the device vibrating.

If you are physically shaking the device and it’s shutting down its most likely a problem with the connection between the battery and the phone.

If it’s turning off when the device vibrates either the phone cannot supply enough power to the haptic engine and therefore is turning off, or there is a physical problem with the phone that causes it to short out when the haptic engine is active.

This will be a parts problem or connector problem. There are no parts on the logic board that can lose their connection when shaken. If this did happen the phone would never turn on.

I would take or send it to a reputable repairer.
