Reboot Loop after Formatting and Reinstalling OS

So I got my screen replaced (3rd part shop) last September and it came back to me with a broken touch bar. It was still on but it didn’t respond to touch.

I tried the different ways I found online to fix it but it still didn’t work. I should also say that the computer has been shutting down randomly at this time. I had called the shop and they said it could be an issue with the OS so I reinstalled it and the touch bar was still not working. I formatted my disc and reinstalled the OS and the touch bar was still not working.

I couldn’t get my computer to boot up now because it kept showing this error. “a critical software update is required for your mac but an error was encountered.” I keep retrying it and it still wouldn’t work.

I argued that they broke the touch bar but they said that the touch bar assembly was far from the screen and there was no way they could have damaged it even if I found in some forums that sometimes the touch bar assembly gets damaged when getting the screen replaced.
