try getting a pair of tweezers under the head of the screw and then gently pull and twist..it's worked for me in the past. Otherwise you can try superglue (not my favourite) on the end of a bamboo skewer. Tried and works 100% is a small drill bit and a careful hand to drill the head off the screw, then you'll be able to take the frame off at least..the screw end will usually fall out.
